Seattle Print Arts is seeking print artists to participate in a juried group exhibition opening in April, 2018. Curated by SPA, this show will feature traditional and non-traditional print art inspired by today's most relevant issues. Pressure Points aims to examine our shifting socio-political climate, as well as how cultural, economical, and technological changes impact these issues. Exhibition runs April 2 through April 26, 2018.

1. Artist statement
- 200 - 500 words
2. Three images of current work that is available to show
- Images should be jpeg format
- Image should be no larger than 2 MB
- 3D work will not be considered
- Prints larger than 72”h and/or 40”w will not be considered
3. A slide list that includes the following;
- Price (if applicable) or insurance value
- Feel free to include statements for each piece that elaborate on the experience and or concept behind the work.
4. $10.00 nonrefundable application fee

Judging for this exhibition will occur between February 26th and March 2nd Artist selected for this show will be contacted no later than (March 2nd) and will be expected to RSVP no later than (March 9). Selected works must be available for exhibition for the duration of the exhibit.(April 2 through April 26) Accepted works must be wall-ready and outfitted for hanging upon receipt. Artist will be responsible for delivery and return of work, including any costs for shipping and handling. Any return shipping costs must be arranged in advance of delivery to the gallery. The M. Rosetta Hunter Gallery is a non-commissioned gallery. Any sale of works must be handled peer-to-peer by the artist and purchaser. The gallery will not be involved with fiscal transactions.
Images of accepted works may be included in an exhibition catalogue. By applying for consideration, artists grant SPA and the M. Rosetta Hunter Art Gallery permission to use images of accepted works for the exhibition catalogue, and in print and/or electronic media for publicity.
INSURANCE AND LIABILITY
Upon receipt of work, The M. Rosetta Hunter Art Gallery will insure accepted works for loss and/or damage between date of receipt or March 22, 2018 (whichever is earlier), and May 3, 2018 or date of pre-arrange return shipping (whichever is earlier). Storage of works outside of this period will be at artists’ own risk for loss and/or damage and the gallery and/or SPA will not be held responsible for their safekeeping.
