Amy Simons

My current body of work explores monoprinting on handmade paper, often incorporating textiles as physical components, inky ghosts or deep embossments. Fabric so cleverly shows us its warp and its weft. I am not wedded to a particular material or method, but all printmaking leads me to papermaking. A desire to know the sheets as more than just substrates, taking ownership of the fiber, weight, form and color that best serve a final piece.

Molly Vaughan

The works in this series depict fake experiences. Made up moments created from flash photographs taken inside combined with other images of the beach taken at night or found on the internet. These works challenge my own understanding of my body as well as the viewers. They are protest and they are validation.

Rebecca Strabo

My art work is intimately connected to my world view as an environmentalist and a lover of the natural world. In my work, I am inspired by poetry and literature, my inward journey as a human, and my dreams. I am drawn to the mysterious---and what we can't fully see.

Jueun Shin

I bring in my works the tradition and culture of my country of origin, Korea. Three dimensional works often consist of combining western print making technique which is monotype, collagrah and the characteristics of traditional Korean Paintings such as strength of stroke, the beauty of space, and the shading effect of ink. Underwater prints series are motifs of underwater creatures from personal memory. I capture part of the images and reinterpret them.
